About the Founder
Mr. Percy M Patel, the founder of Ceamtronics, is a calm technocrat who has been instrumental in ensuring that this bootstrapped entity continues to offer coil winding solutions and thrive over the last 3 decades. A mechanical engineer by training, Percy has been a man of systems and a firm believer in training and trusting his most valued resource – his people.
His decisions have always been people-centric, guided by his drive to offer best-in-class product and service to his customers. There is no compromising on quality and integrity even if that comes at an expense. A recipient of the Thane Ratna Award in his very early days as entrepreneur, Percy carries the distinction of being the first among MSME industries in Thane to secure ISO9001 certification around the year 2002.
His love for technology and curiosity in computers was instrumental in him developing his own in-house systems software customized for every pillar of the business including sales & purchase, production & calibration, payroll & cash management, defect detection & quality control which clearly defines roles and measures performance and output at Ceamtronics.
His calm demeanor and keen listening skills have helped him solve many customer problems and won him a reputation of being a reliable and friendly name in his business circle. Percy is also an avid photographer and a family man to the core. He is a grandfather to 3 lovely kids and now busy in his task of training his son-in-law Homiyar Mistry (Partner) to carry the Ceamtronics brand forward. Percy & Homiyar also are working partners at Amco Enterprises, an entity based in Mulund, Mumbai manufacturing Switchgear coils for an exclusive OEM.
